The staff, at South Cary House, maintain very high standards of care and every effort is made to achieve a good quality of life for the residents. The majority of our staff has achieved NVQ level 2 or 3 in Direct Care. We offer an excellent ratio of staff to resident care, and we also have two staff on duty throughout the night to cater for all the residents' needs.
Health Care Professionals, Doctors, Chiropodists and Hairdressers are available as required. Other treatments and therapies are available if desired.
The staff organise weekly activities and trips out, activities include coffee and sherry mornings, quizzes, card games and visiting musicians. Residents can join in as they wish.
